Trust Score Methodology — How We Rate Crypto Casinos

The Trust Score is a 0–10 rating applied to every crypto casino we review. It is built from five weighted pillars, scored independently and combined into a final number. No operator can purchase a higher score; no affiliate relationship is a factor.

Pillar 1: Withdrawal Reliability — 35%

Documented withdrawal caps, processing terms at high amounts, and evidence of how the casino handles large payouts. A credible pattern of confiscating verified winnings materially limits the score.

Pillar 2: VIP Program Quality — 20%

Tier structure, host access, cashback and loss-back terms, and whether benefits are documented rather than implied by a progress bar.

Pillar 3: Limits & Transparency — 15%

Published max bets and table caps, clear bonus terms, and disclosure of game weighting and account-level restrictions.

Pillar 4: Licensing & Corporate — 15%

The regulator, operating entity, licence obligations, and documented operating history. Brand age alone is not treated as proof of reliability.

Pillar 5: Reputation & Disputes — 15%

Patterns in player complaints, with extra weight on large-stakes disputes, mediation outcomes, and the operator's documented response.
